You have accessed the ICBA Payments Fraud Loss Reimbursement Request system, a resource restricted to authorized users and participants of the Fraud Loss Protection Plan (FLPP). This site is intended for private use only and requires user login to access fraud reimbursement data.

FLPP is designed specifically for community banks to help limit their exposure to fraud and recuperate losses stemming from fraud use of credit and debit cards. All participants must be an ICBA member bank in good standing. This exclusive coverage allow our participating community banks to file losses stemming from:

• Lost cards
• Cards not received in the mail (NRI)
• Account takeover (including identity theft, phishing, pharming, and vishing)
• Friendly fraud
• Stolen cards counterfeit (including skimmed counterfeit)
• Card not present fraud
• Virtual card fraud
